We're looking for a Sales Support Executive based in Bristol, to join a long-standing client that has amazing growth plans this year. This is the perfect role for somebody that is super organised, has great administration skills and enjoys speaking to new people. You will be ensuring customers are onboarding correctly with the company, take payments and deal with any issues that may arise.

The role of Sales Support Executive involves:

  • Verifying, registering and onboarding new customers.
  • Checking and chasing contracts with customers and partners.
  • Dealing with new enquiries from customers.
  • Chasing updates from solicitors and partners.
  • Ensuring the internal system is kept up to date.
  • Processing of new payments and making amendments where needed.

For the Sales Support Executive, you need:

  • Ideally previous experience in a similar role or a relevant degree.
  • Must love speaking to new people and building relationships.
  • Knowledge of the industry is beneficial but not essential.

As the Sales Support Executive, you'll get:
