Sales Support Executive

Our client is a multi-award-winning lender of short-term property finance (bridging and development Finance) specialising in lending to property Investors and developers throughout the UK. They are experiencing exciting levels of growth with exceptional opportunities for the successful candidate. Recognised for high levels of service and personal approach they have just reached 15 years of lending.

Due to strong growth and ambitious plans, they are looking for a Sales Support Executive to support their sales and underwriting team.

They are a proactive motivated team, and the role will be wide and varied

Sales Support Executive Responsibilities include:

Direct support to the Managing Director

Managing a bespoke CRM (full training provided)

Managing the company valuation panel/Instructing Valuations

Providing support to the sales and Underwriting team

Helping develop their social media presence.

Ensuring award-winning service levels are maintained.

Sales Support Executive Skills and Experience

- Well presented with strong communication and presentation skills

- Good IT skills

- Strong organisation and planning skills

- A great team player

- Commercial acumen

- Self-motivated

- Proactive

- Social media experience

The role is office-based from a modern office in Cheadle, Manchester which has on-site parking
