This is a great opportunity to join a growing business within the sports industry. Our client is looking for an Sales Support Executive, reporting to the Sales Operations Manager you will be responsible for providing comprehensive sales and administration support. This will include customer liaison, quoting/selling along with various other administration duties.

Salary £24,000 - £27,000 depending on experience plus bonus scheme, career development plans, 28 days holiday increasing to 25 days with service, plus your birthday off as holiday, monthly and annual bonus schemes, career development plans to allow you to progress and grow within the company and opportunities to study for relevant qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customers by telephone and advising them of the various products available
  • Completing applications on behalf of customers, ensuring all key information is recorded with accuracy
  • Updating internal systems with sales information
  • Producing necessary documentation for new insurance policies
  • Maintaining various customer records and handle policy renewals
  • Responding to email/telephone enquiries generated from the website
  • Performing further business projects upon request of the Sales Operations Manager

Experience required:

  • The ability to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Good telephone manner
  • Competent in Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent communication/negotiation skills
  • The ability to learn processes quickly
