Remuneration: £30,000 - £35,000 + company performance bonus

The role of the Sales Support Executive - Timber Panel Products will involve:

• Sales Support Executive position selling a manufactured range of timber services and panel products including; hardwood, softwood, sheet materials and panel processing
• Selling into large timber suppliers and merchants such as Wickes and Travis Perkins, as well as large timber yards and an element of retail too
• Order values can range from between £100 up to £100,000 +
• The primary focus of this role will be to support the Sales Manager; making targeted outbound calls, qualifying sales leads, maintaining customer relationships and developing new sales opportunities
• Must be content with performing the administrative duties associated with the role

The ideal applicant will be a Sales Support Executive - Timber Panel Products with:

• Must be confident with outbound telephone calls
• Must have sales/sales support experience in the construction industry
• Experience within the timber industry is desirable but not essential
• Experience selling into merchants or larger timber suppliers highly advantageous
• Relationship builder with strong new business development ability
• Personable, confident and friendly demeanour
• Looking for longevity in career
• Valid UK driving license
