Sales Support Coordinator

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
- Management of the existing customer accounts
- Processing sales orders using SAP
- Contacting customers to maintain relationships
- Monitoring customer spending patterns and sales prices
- Dealing with product enquiries
- Proactively looking for new and lapsed business
- Following up on warm leads
ABOUT YOU
- IT savvy, including Excel - Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPUS are essential
- Quick learner, logical thinking, analytical mindset
- Strong customer service, sales support and admin skills/background
- Strong communication skills and great relationship-building skills
