This is a great opportunity for an IT Savvy (especially Excel), experienced Sales Administrator/Sales Support person to join a thriving business that offers development and opportunities, a stunning working environment, great benefits package including 8% pension, bonus, 26 days holiday, 9-5 and hybrid working (after training period)

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

  • Management of the existing customer accounts
  • Processing sales orders using SAP
  • Contacting customers to maintain relationships
  • Monitoring customer spending patterns and sales prices
  • Dealing with product enquiries
  • Proactively looking for new and lapsed business
  • Following up on warm leads


ABOUT YOU

  • IT savvy, including Excel - Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPUS are essential
  • Quick learner, logical thinking, analytical mindset
  • Strong customer service, sales support and admin skills/background
  • Strong communication skills and great relationship-building skills
