We are recruiting for a well-established local company based in the Maylands Industrial are in Hemel Hempstead, renowned and respected in their industry across the nation. We are supporting them in recruiting for a Sales Support Coordinator.

As part of this role you will be working closely alongside their busy sales team. You will be responsible for assisting with customer contact, managing their accounts whilst also assisting with the general office administrative duties. If you have previous office-based experience and you are looking to build your career, then this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

If you have an interested in sales, then this could be a great start as there is even scope to progress into a more sales focused position!

This position will be working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm, fully based in the offices in Hemel Hempstead, there is free onsite parking available as well as company benefits too. The salary for this role is paying up to £25,000 depending on candidate experience.

Duties to include:

  • Answer customer enquiries as well as following up customers on their orders requests.
  • Create and process orders in a timely manner and review pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses and other problems.
  • Assisting the sales teams with administrative duties.

The skills required:

  • Previous experience within a similar position would be ideal.
  • Experience using CRM systems would be desired.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
  • In-depth understanding of customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical and multitasking skills.
  • Teamwork and motivational skills.
  • Ability to manage own time/prioritise.
  • Communication skills.
