Our client is a business communications specialist providing a range of products and services designed to save their customers time and money. Established in 2005 they have built up a nationwide customer base and are keen to find an organised, focused individual with a strong level of attention to detail to join their team.

The Role

As a Sales Support Administrator you will be responsible for the post-sales processing for the team, ensuring all orders are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Post Sales Processing including processing contracts, ordering and allocating hardware and sims, arranging installs and configuring devices
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers and networks
  • Managing the exchange of faulty devices
  • Maintaining records to keep account managers informed of progress
  • Other admin tasks including, but not limited to, answering the phone, and sending out parcels

Person Specification

Essential:

  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Able to learn new processes and systems as well as absorb information quickly
  • A high work ethic and an energetic, methodical approach to work
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen focus on attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Outgoing, professionally approachable personality
  • Strong relationship building skills, targeted at both clients/potential clients and internally
  • Able to work on your own initiative
  • Competent in prioritising workloads
  • Focused on problem identification and solution

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of the Communications industry
  • Experience with Sage and using CRM Systems

Although industry knowledge is desirable it is not essential as full training will be provided, however the ability to absorb information quickly is imperative.

Hours:

Full Time – Monday to Thursday 9 – 17:30, Friday 9 – 16:30

Part Time – Flexible within the hours above

Salary will be from £22,000-£25,000 depending on experience (pro-rata for part-time). 20 days holiday, rising to 25, plus Bank Holidays.
