Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a long-established client in the Chessington area, who are seeking an experienced individual to join their team.

This is a great opportunity to join an industry leading company, who offer a great working environment.

Working as part of a busy team, this role will involve:

  • Handling calls and emails from new and existing customers, answering and resolving their queries, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
  • Processing orders and quotations, on the phone, online and occasionally face to face
  • Advising customers on product suitability and availability, suggesting alternatives if appropriate
  • Assisting with after sales, liaising with purchasing, despatch and accounts departments to ensure customers’ orders are delivered on time
  • Making courtesy calls to customers to ensure their requirements are being met
  • Processing payments for customers’ orders
  • Maintaining accurate customer records
  • Keeping up to date with products
  • Supporting the Sales Support Manager with ad hoc projects

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need:

  • Previous experience of delivering exceptional customer service in a busy environment
  • Ability to respond to calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Tenacious self-starter who can work on own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
