Sales Progressor
Are you a well-established sales Progressor looking to join an award-winning Estate Agents with a brilliant commission structure?
We are currently looking for a well-established Sales Progressor to join our client and their extremely successful team in Liverpool, Merseyside!
Working hours:
As a Sales Progressor, you will be required to work full-time
The successful Sales Progressor will be offered:
- Up to a basic of £25,000
- £32,000 OTE (uncapped)
- Great team incentives
- Training and support
To be considered for the Sales Progressor role you must have:
- Worked within the role previously for a minimum of 2 years
- Basic IT skills
- Be able to work well with others but able to work on your own
- Strong customer service skills
- A full UK driving licence and vehicle
- Ability to close business
- Personable
As a Sales Progressor your role will involve:
- Monitoring and prioritising workload to achieve targets
- Looking after a pipeline of properties which are sold subject to contract
- Chasing mortgage offers
- Surveys
- Keeping in touch with agents
- Communication with owners
- Brilliant customer service
- Communicating effectively and professionally with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage lenders, agents, vendors and buyers
- Arrange for contracts to be signed.
- Updating Managers on the sale process
- Updating CRM and Vendor portal
- Progressing sales through to completion
- Cross selling products
