Are you an experienced Sales Progressor who is looking to join a successful company?

Specialists in the New Homes sector Our clients are a well-respected and successful company who are currently expanding their multiple departments. In their Colchester office they are looking for an experienced Sales Progressor to join their team.

Working hours:

As a Sales Progressor, you’ll be required to work Monday to Friday

The successful Sales Progressor will be offered:

  • Up to £30,000 basic
  • Up to £35,000 OTE (Uncapped)
  • Free Parking

To be considered for the Sales Progressor role you must have:

  • Experience in progressing sales, either in a conveyancing practice or Estate Agency
  • Use to working a busy workload
  • Great telephone manner
  • Strong Admin & IT Skills
  • A team player

As a Sales Progressor, your role will involve:

  • Progressing sales from offer agreed to completion
  • Guide clients throughout the process of the sale
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Chase paperwork
  • Chasing enquires raised
  • Liaising with all stakeholders throughout a property transaction to provide updates and chase progress
  • Overcome challenges throughout the sales process
  • Work to milestones and deadlines
  • Report weekly on activity on sales
