This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Progressor to join our client's busy Estate Agency. Do you enjoy the sale progression element more than the selling house's side of the Estate Agency? Are you thoroughly knowledgeable of the residential conveyancing process?

Working hours of a Sales Progressor:

  • Monday to Friday 9 am - 5.30 pm

In return, our clients are offering the successful Sales Progressor:

  • £25,000 basic
  • £35,000 OTE
  • Ongoing training and support

Ideally, our clients are looking for a Sales Progressor who has the following attributes:

  • Knowledgeable of residential conveyancing
  • Hard-working & driven
  • Organised and able to prioritise workload
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service

Key tasks of a Sales Progressor will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Progressing sales from 'offer agreed’ to 'completion’
  • Guide clients throughout the progress of the sales
  • Work with fellow sales progressors as a team
  • Liaising with all stakeholders throughout a property transaction to provide updates and chase progress
  • Communicate via telephone and email with clients and stakeholders
  • Overcome challenges throughout the sales process
  • Renegotiate sales when required
  • Chase paperwork, enquires and contracts
  • Work to a target of pipeline conversion
  • Organise completion dates between parties and branches
