We are currently looking for a confident Sales Progressor to join our client and their extremely successful and ever-expanding team in Stockport, Merseyside!

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm and alternative Saturday 10 am - 4 pm

The successful Sales Progressor will be offered:

  • Up to a basic of £25,000
  • Working with a successful team

To be considered for the Sales Progressor role you must have:

  • Brilliant customer service skills
  • Experience in Sales Progression / Conveyancing
  • Great organisational skills
  • Confidence

As a Sales Progressor, your role will involve:

  • Monitoring and prioritising workload to achieve targets
  • Looking after a pipeline of properties which are sold subject to contract
  • Chasing mortgage offers
  • Surveys
  • Keeping in touch with agents
  • Communication with owners
  • Brilliant customer service
  • Communicating effectively and professionally with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage lenders, agents, vendors and buyers
  • Arrange for contracts to be signed.
  • Updating Managers on the sale process
  • Updating CRM and Vendor portal
  • Progressing sales through to completion
