Sales Order Processor

Our well established and continually growing client based in Cardiff are looking to appoint a Sales Order Processor to join their busy, fast paced and diverse team.

This is an interesting and varied role where responsibilities will range from processing orders, chasing deliveries, stock taking and liaising with customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Accurately processing Sales Orders for the Sales Team
  • Send order confirmations
  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Monitoring stock levels
  • Updating delivery dates and raising order confirmations

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A high standard of spoken and written English
  • IT literate with accurate keyboard skills
  • An excellent eye for detail, with good written communication skills
  • Positive and helpful attitude
  • Experience in a customer service environment is essential

Salary & Benefits

  • £23,000 + depending on experience
  • 25 days holiday, in addition to bank holidays.
