Are you an experienced Sales Administrator?

Are you looking at a new and exciting opportunity?

We have an exciting role for a Sales & Marketing administrator to work for company in Stourport-on-Severn.

The main duties will be:

Receive and make calls to customers and our clients 
Processing sales orders
Customer Service handling of complaints, compiling and sending letters
Maintaining stock records and stock control.
Create and update budgets for marketing purposes
Monitor website data and process updates
Use of Mailchimp communication system for customer email updates
Liaison with the Warehouse for orders to be cut, wrapped, and dispatched
Invoicing customers and managing aged debt
Organising samples for customers

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

IT data input - Sage an advantage
Excel and word at an intermediate level for use of look ups
Creating Budgets
Website updates, blogs and newsletters
Confident communicator both written and verbal
Attention to detail
Flexible and pro-active approach to daily tasks

In return the company will provide 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a pension scheme, working hours of 9.00am - 5.00pm and a family feel environment.
