Position: Sales Negotiator
Salary: C. £22000-£27000 (negotiable – dependant on job)
Contract: Permanent
Location: CV1 1EY
Working Shifts: FT hours, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays
Our client are a Sales and Lettings Estate Agency based in Warwickshire and Northamptonshire. Our client prides themselves on their professionalism and honourable heritage, and are licensed with multiple property Associations.
Our client are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their expanding Coventry team.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.
• Providing potential buyers with excellent customer consultancy
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Ensuring regular contact with clients and vendors, updating them on the Sale progression
Requirements:
• Experience as a sales negotiator with an Estate Agency is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• A valid driving license.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
