We have an exciting opening for a Sales Negotiator to join our client's close-knit team, at their busy branch based near Banbury.

Our client is a successful and well-respected independent Estate Agency. This is a great opportunity to join a company that offers career progression and great earning potential.

The client of offering the successful Sales Negotiator:

  • Up to £25,000 basic salary
  • £35,000 OTE (Uncapped)
  • Bonus scheme
  • Bank holidays off

Sales Negotiator duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Successfully negotiating offers
  • Driving the business forward by offering excellent customer service
  • Arranging and attending viewings
  • Greeting buyers & vendors
  • Registering customers
  • Matching customer requirements to properties.
  • Calling out new properties

Sales Negotiator requirements:

  • At least a years Property experience
  • Strong proven track record of reaching/ exceeding set KPI's
  • Excellent customer service
  • Local knowledge preferred
  • A proactive and positive approach
  • Target driven individual
  • Full UK driving license & own car
