This exciting multi office independent estate agency are looking for a Sales Negotiator for one of their leading £1m+ offices. This exciting and market leading brand are growing rapid and are looking for a motivated Negotiator to join their journey.
Theres is a fantastic opportunity to earn - they have instructed over 150 new properties in the last quarter!

Their directors have a wealth of experience across the London market and have put the business on a trajectory for outstanding and consistent performance. They have quickly grown the office to over £1m (with just 4 negotiators) and are the market leader in the areas they cover.

Sales Negotiator character profile:
The right person will have some exposure to estate agency (6 months or more), someone who can hit the ground running. That could be Sales, Lettings or Admin. You just need the right character. Someone personable, driven and motivated to do 50 calls and as many viewings as possible.
It’s a super fast paced role - you will ALWAYS be busy.
They have a tight knit office environment so if you like working in a dynamic and motivated team - this would be the right opportunity.

Sales Negotiator package:

• Basic: £25,000
• OTE: £75,000
• Twickenham or Teddington
• Company car
• Market leading brand
• Market leading office
• 8:30am to 7pm Monday to Thursday
• Finish at 6pm on a Friday
• 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:30am to 5pm
