Role Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Negotiator to join our esteemed team in Abingdon. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for real estate, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers in their best light.
  • Manage client relationships, negotiating offers and guiding both buyers and sellers through the sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and property values to provide accurate advice and recommendations to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and team targets.

  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential for property viewings and client meetings.
