My client an independent agency is currently looking for a Sales Negotiator in South East London to work around the Eltham and Sydenham areas

Working hours:

As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be required to work Monday - Saturday with a day off in lieu

The successful Property Negotiator will be offered:

  • Basic salary of up to £20,000
  • OTE of £45,000

To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role you must have:

  • Being a team player
  • Demonstrating self-motivation
  • Experience working in an estate agency setting
  • Work well under pressure
  • Highly organised with strong communication skills
  • Professional and well presented
  • Driving license and own vehicle

As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:

  • Generate and book market appraisals for our branch manager
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Maintain and give all relevant feedback to vendors
  • Arrange and attend viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Schedule appointments and refer clients to our in house mortgage broker (additional commissions available)
  • Contribute to the general running of the sales department
