Sales Negotiator Job Responsibilities:

As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in the team, using your sales expertise and interpersonal skills to facilitate property transactions and exceed client expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Registering buyers and understanding their needs and preferences to match them with suitable properties.
  • Conduct engaging and informative property viewings, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each home to prospective buyers.
  • Skillfully negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties involved.
  • Guide clients through the sales process
  • Actively engage with the local community to expand your network and generate new leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and assisting the team with general office duties

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales within the property industry is essential
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the local property market in Hornchurch and surrounding areas.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
