SALES NEGOTIATORS

A highly successful firm of Independent Estate Agents & Auctioneers based in Bristol are looking to grow their teams and are looking for Sales Negotiators at Henleaze and Clifton.

Responsibilities:

  • Booking and conducting property viewings with potential buyers
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Keeping up to date with prospective clients
  • Providing excellent customer service to ensure a smooth transaction process
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in estate agency is required.
  • A proactive and results-driven attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time-management and organisational skills
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle

COMPETITIVE SALARY - Basic + Office Commission (OTE £30,000-£35,000)
