Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations
  • Book viewing appointments and provide feedback to clients
  • Maintain regular client contact
  • Occasionally, to conduct quality property viewings
  • Negotiate offers between all parties to agree sales
  • Cross sell ancillary services to benefit clients
  • To deliver exceptional customer service

Essential:

  • Estate agency experience is essential
  • You must be enthusiastic, ambitious and results driven
  • Well-presented, communicative and articulate
  • Resilient and positive
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills are crucial
  • A full UK driving license

For You:

  • Salary circa. £25,000 OTE - Sales Negotiator
  • Salary circa. £29,000 OTE - Senior Negotiator
