Sales Negotiator (Independent Estate Agent)
Salary: £21k - £24k basic + uncapped OTE + £100 car allowance and company benefits
Location: Hove
Hours: Mon-Fri 8.45 - 18.00pm and Sat 9am - 16.00pm (with a day in lieu)
You must have a full UK driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities:
- Booking in appointments for purchasers and registering applicants.
- Conducting viewings and show casing properties to potential purchasers.
- Generating new business through marketing activities.
- Contacting applicants and booking them in for viewings.
- Booking in valuations.
- Working to team and individual targets.
- Sales progression.
- Booking in mortgage and conveyancing appointments.
- Updating the inhouse CRM system accurately.
To apply for this role, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven background within an estate agent selling properties.
- Self-motivated, driven and great communication skills.
- Thrive in a busy fast paced target driven environment.
- Strong team player with a strong work ethic.
- Great IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
- Presentable, professional and have a genuine passion for the property industry.
