As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating property transactions, building relationships with clients, and ensuring the smooth progression of sales from listing to completion. You will have the opportunity to work within a supportive team environment, where your efforts will be recognised and rewarded.
Responsibilities:
1.Conduct property viewings with potential buyers, showcasing properties in their best light and highlighting key selling points.
2.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to match them with suitable properties.
3.Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, striving to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties involved.
4.Manage the sales process from offer acceptance to completion, liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other relevant parties to ensure a smooth transaction.
5.Keep abreast of market trends, property values, and competitor activity to provide informed advice to clients.
6.Utilise effective communication and negotiation skills to overcome objections and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
7.Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and contribute to the overall success of the firm.
8.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and sales transactions.

Requirements:
1.Previous experience in sales negotiation, preferably within the property industry.
2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
3.Full driving licence
4.LOCAL knowledge essential
5.Strong negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets and closing deals.
6.Knowledge of the local property market and current industry regulations.
7.Highly organised with excellent time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
8.Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
