Sales Negotiator (Estate Agency)

A highly successful Independent estate agency firm are looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator for their busy office in Canvey Island, Essex.

The role of a Sales Negotiator will involve:

·Dealing with clients when they come in to the office as well as telephone/email enquiries.
·Marketing new properties by reaching out to the applicant database and generate viewings as well as confirming appointments.
·Accompany viewings and giving vendor feedback
·Successfully negotiating offers
·Sales progression when needed
·Cross-selling
·Provide excellent customer service at all times

The successful candidate will have:

·Previous Estate Agency experience
·Strong customer service skills
·Driven and passionate about Property
·Team player
·Highly motived and professional
·Excellent communication skills
·A full driving licence and own car

Our client are offering the successful Sales Negotiator:

·Circa salary £20,000
·Realistic OTE of up to £33,000 plus
