This is an exceptional opportunity to be a part of a growing independent estate agency brand. This office is looking to continue growth plans by adding a sales negotiator to there already well-established sales team. This office in particular is within the top three performing branches across the company.

With a huge managed portfolio already, there is opportunity to sell a wide variety of stock whether it be from current investors alongside new business. The business operates on an international level and would expect said negotiator to understand ROI's and Yield's in order to sell stock to investors.

Working for an independent brand gives the said candidate a great opportunity to take control of their own desk and really elevate their career.

The package on offer for the successful candidate is a basic salary up to £24,000 with an achievable on target earnings in the first year of £50,000. There is no need to drive with this position. Five day working weeks with a 1 in 2 Saturday working pattern.

The ideal candidate:

  • 12 months minimum estate agency experience
  • Track record of successful billings
  • A tenacious attitude along with an eye for detail
  • Great customer service skills
  • Working well in a team environment
  • Committed to working weekends
