Our clients are a Multi Award Winning Independent Estate Agent with offices covering North and North West London. Following their success they are now seeking an ambitious Branch Manager to lead & develop the team.
The ability to lead by example and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service is essential.
The right candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can embrace change and motivate others to do so.
They will have a proven track record in exceeding targets, building strong relationships with customers and obtaining new business opportunities.
The Suitable Candidate will have:
Excellent telephone manner
Estate agency Sales background
Be motivated
Energy, enthusiasm, and a 'can do’ attitude
Excellent customer service skills
The ability to work in a high pressure & target driven environment
Full driving license and own car
Responsibilities will include:
Handling calls and email enquiries
Calling generated leads
Managing applicants on database
Arranging/accompanying viewings
Canvassing for properties
Negotiating deals
Liaise with vendors - applicants - brokers - solicitors
Developing client relationships
Taking on properties.
