Our clients, a forward-thinking and successful Estate Agency, are looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join their thriving Branch.

Working hours:

  • Monday – Friday
  • Alternate Saturdays (time back in lieu)

Our client is offering the successful Sales Manager:

  • A basic salary of £27,000
  • Commission and team performance with OTE £37,000 per annum.
  • Business Mileage paid
  • Parking provided

As a Sales Manager, your role will involve:

  • Conducting Team Morning meetings
  • Carrying out Valuations
  • Gaining Instructions
  • Overseeing Branch
  • Setting team targets

To be considered for the Sales Manager role you must have the following:

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Estate Agency
  • Strong listing experience and track record.
