Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: High Wycombe

Salary: £36,000 + Bonus OTE £43,000

We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the furniture industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and furniture and is looking to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of sales advisors to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service

• Recruit, train, and develop sales advisors to ensure high standards of product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques

• Monitor and analyze sales figures to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to increase sales

• Manage stock levels, ensuring adequate stock availability and timely replenishment

• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of performance

• Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the furniture or related industry

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to motivate and develop a team

• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
