Sales Manager
Matthew James Recruitment Ltd are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional to join our client. The Sales role involves promoting and selling products or services to potential customers, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers to present products or services
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep abreast of product knowledge, market trends, and competitors
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus

Pay: £32,500.00-£37,500.00 per year
