Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
• Recruit, train, and develop sales consultants to ensure high standards of product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques
• Monitor and analyse sales figures to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to increase sales
• Manage stock levels, ensuring adequate stock availability and timely replenishment
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of performance
• Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and identify areas for improvement

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a big ticket, big box retail environment
