* Handle in-bound enquiries, to take them from an initial lead to a concrete requirement ready to be quoted
* Attend trade shows to develop relationships to generate future enquiries
* Make visits to customer premises to promote product range
* Enjoy face to face customer engagement

* Willingness to travel when needed to visit customers
* Previous experience in modular buildings, ideally offering a bespoke solution
* Knowledge of modular buildings sold within Education, non clinical Healthcare, and the provision of modular buildings across most sectors (manufacturing, waste, utilities, councils and local authorities etc.)
* Solid commercial experience to nurture initial leads into proposals worth quoting for
