?? About the Role: We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our expansion into the domestic market. Leveraging an Energy-as-a-Service platform, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to save customers money and lower their carbon footprint. With a customer-centric approach and a focus on sustainability, you'll drive sales growth and help us reach our ambitious goals.

?? Responsibilities:

• Scale the sales process, penetrating every town and community with our message of sustainable energy.
• Recruit top-tier sales talent passionate about sustainability and dedicated to driving growth.
• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement effective outreach strategies, including local radio campaigns.
• Develop and execute sales initiatives to expand our presence in the domestic market.
• Utilize your experience to identify and onboard Sales Managers for key cities, building out sales teams under your leadership.

?? Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong background in sustainability or a degree in sustainability preferred.
• Demonstrated success in B2C sales roles, with 5-10 years of experience.
• Proven ability to assemble and manage high-performing sales teams.
• Experience in grassroots marketing and community engagement.
• Previous Sales Managerial experience.
