Sales Manager
Our client is seeking a hard-working and competitive individual to take on the Territory Manager role within their expanding team and help drive growth in the company.

Their core focus is on making sure healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical providers and industry partners have the innovative technologies to help advance clinical therapies for patients, clinical processes, and workflow.
The role
Within this role, you will be assuming responsibility for meeting quarterly and annual targets concerning the sale of products within the Vascular Access Management portfolio, whilst adhering to customer needs and ensuring our client is positioned to meet those profitably.
Other responsibilities include:
- Understanding customer needs and navigating them to achieve beneficial outcomes
- Analysis of sales data, trends and metrics
- Develop and implement territory plans for long-term sales success
- Collaborate closely with other departments such as marketing to maximise business output
- Manage and prioritise key accounts to sell and implement added-value services

- Proven track record of success within NHS healthcare sales
- Able to work independently as well as collaborating with a team
- Ability to travel within your territory
- Highly motivated with a good level of organisational skills
