Sales Manager Manager Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Sales Manager to spearhead growth in our client's Training & Apprenticeships sector, with a focus on Education, Early Years, and Alternative Provision. This is a newly created position offering the opportunity to shape the role and directly contribute to the organisation's expansion.

Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business opportunities, managing and converting inbound leads.
• Develop and execute strategic outbound business development plans.
• Work collaboratively with marketing teams to launch impactful campaigns.
• Establish and nurture lasting relationships with clients, understanding and meeting their needs.
• Identify and leverage new growth avenues within the targeted sectors.

Sales Manager Candidate Profile:

• Experience in business development or sales, preferably within relevant sectors.
• A self-starter mentality with a strong drive to meet and exceed objectives.
• Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively.
• A passion for contributing to growth and a keen interest in the education and youth services sector.
