Sales Manager - Established Manufacturing Company!

My client is a successful manufacturing business who need a Sales Manager to drive performance and manage a team of up to 6 sales Telesales Executives.

They are offering a salary of £40k + commission- your target will be based on the team's performance. My client is based in Keighley, and this will be a office based role.
This role is for an experienced sales manager with a proven track record of training, coaching, and driving high performance of several sales professionals.

This is a very exciting opportunity, as you will be part of a growing business, to solely focus on the leadership and success of your team!
You will be responsible for:
- building a comprehensive sales plan
- building rapports with customers and various partners
- Hit sales targets and achieve growth by successfully leading the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's client base
- Own recruiting, objective setting and performance monitoring
- Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to management teams
- Identify emerging markets and market changes while being aware of new products and competitor status'

We are looking for...
- A person who can analyse data to identify performance improvements
- A person who can identify sales opportunity to cross/up sell services
- Experience in mentoring and developing a team to surpass targets and KPIS
- Design and implement strategic business plans that expand company's customer base and ensure strong presence
- The ability to build rapports with various clients across the wider business
