DK Recruitment is looking to speak with experienced Senior Business Development Managers/Senior Account Managers with a proven track record in consultative solutions sales within the IT & Solutions provider arena, particularly with expertise in Microsoft technologies, who are looking to take a step into a Sales Manager role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team which is one Account Manager at present with plans to increase head count this year. You will be responsible for achieving company sales targets, and driving strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales function and team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Drive new business development efforts, including lead generation, and proposal development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve systems and processes, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee contract management, including supplier negotiations.

The role is based in Corsham.

Experience working for a Managed Service Provider is essential for this post.

Paying up to £70,000 + uncapped OTE. This role has the progression into the "Head of Sales".
