What’s the role?

I’m working closely with a market leading Independent Estate Agency to help them find a Sales Manager to join their team. The role is not to list property but to manage the processes once a property has been taken on. This requires someone with excellent interpersonal skills able to communicate effectively with buyers and sellers.

The role would suit an experienced Estate Agent who enjoys managing the sales process including selling, negotiating, sales pipeline management, price reductions and general customer care.

There will be an opportunity to do the odd valuation but the main purpose of the role is to take of the vendors and nurture the pipeline.

What’s so good about this job?

The company is a modern Estate Agency where the owners are very much involved in the day to day running of the business. It’s a very busy office so there’s plenty of potential to earn well.

Whilst the culture of the company is professional and hardworking, the owners don’t micro-manage their staff and encourage a fun, motivated, customer service orientated environment.

What are the Benefits?

  • Excellent package on offer
  • Uncapped office commission
  • Career progression
  • Regular staff away days
  • Company awards and rewards
