KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 years experience in sales or Lettings
- Must have a Driving License
- 3 Saturdays a Month with a Half Day during the Week when working a Saturday
The ideal Sales and Lettings Negotiator candidate will be accomplished at negotiating Sales and Lettings contracts with both vendors and applicants and have a strong personality to deal with the nature of the role. To be considered for this position you will have at least 1 years experience as a negotiator. The Sales and Lettings Negotiator candidate must be well spoken, highly articulate and be driven to succeed. The Sales and Lettings Negotiator must also be able to bring on new stock as well as close deals.
Sales and Lettings Negotiator:
- Estate Agency Negotiator experience
- Ability to demonstrate a proven track record
- Passion for selling houses
- Chance to work for a market leading agent
- Manage electronic data and e-mails and ensure all clients files are updated and compliant
- Deal with property owners/tenants queries verbally and in written form
- Carry out market appraisals and follow up with potential clients
- Register requirements and details of potential clients and applicants
- Carry out viewings of properties
- Give feedback from viewings to the owners of properties
- Must have a valid driving license
