Reed Accountancy are delighted to be recruiting for our Maidstone based client who are currently looking for a sales ledger clerk for a 12 month contract.

The ideal sales ledger clerk must have an advanced level of excel alongside experience within sales ledger and with the below duties:

  • Import sales data into the accounts database
  • Process and allocate sales receipts
  • Raise invoices and credit notes, external and inter-company
  • Credit Control
  • Assist when required with accounts receivable
  • Customer account reconciliations / queries
  • VAT compliance
  • Customer Vendor Forms / Information
  • Audit assistance
  • Account reconciliation / Licence monitoring
  • Monitor accounts inbox
  • Dispatch customer invoices on demand
  • Review contracts
