We are looking for a Sales Ledger Assistant on a 6-month fixed term basis. This is a full time, hybrid role, based in Woolpit, to assist with backlog of billing.
Key responsibilities:
• Raise invoices and ensure they are provided to the correct contact
• Ensure quote details meet our audit requirements prior to billing and chase if required
• Liaise with the rest of the Sales Ledger team to ensure customers can promptly pay the debts
About you:
• Previous administrative experience
• Sales Ledger billing experience would be beneficial
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to use own initiative and prioritise workload
• High attention to detail
