Sales Executive
New opportunity for an experienced New Home Sales Negotiator to work on a sites in Northumberland. This is a full time, permanent position working Thursday - Monday.
The Role
Working for a builder who builds new homes for both rent and sale with a passion for building high quality new homes.
The successful candidate must be highly motivated and enthusiastic being able to on a day to day basis run a busy sales office.
Have excellent communication skills
Provide outstanding customer service, managing all customer enquiries
Must work well under pressure and achieve sales in line with targets
Complete all administrative tasks in line with policy and timescales
Maintain excellent working relationships with site staff
Experience Required
Sales within the housing sector is essential
Remuneration
£27,500 plus commission.
