I am seeking a Sales executive to join our high-performing sales team within a leading manufacturing company. The role is ideal for a professional focused on new business attainment, product promotion, and account development. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the customer base and maximising profit performance for each account.

Day-to-day duties for the sales executive: 

  • Focus on new business attainment through key product promotion.
  • Develop new and existing accounts while maintaining a professional working relationship with all customers.
  • Develop the area and customer base with a focused approach on key products.
  • Monitor profit performance for each customer to maximise potential profit.
  • Self-generate sales leads to expand the customer base.
  • Formally quote all new sales opportunities within the sales area via the CRM system.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to foster strong relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications for the sales executive: 

  • Previous sales experience (1-2 years+ preferred).
  • GCSE grade C or higher in Maths and English, plus passes in three other subjects.
  • Previous formal sales training is essential.
  • Computer literacy, with a good knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Professionalism and a strong work ethic.
