Responsibilities:
As a Sales Consultant, your mission will be to build strong relationships with our guests and support them. You're a skilled relationship builder, adept at comprehending customer needs. Your focus will be on responding to inbound warm sales leads (no cold calling here!), grasping customers' aspirations, and guiding them to select from our range of our portfolio.
Dealing with potential clientd over the phone.
Converting sales enquiries into sales.
Surpass KPIs and targets.
Requirements:Extensive consultative sales experience and a proven sales track record - essential
A minimum of 4 years' experience in sales, either in retail/customer-facing or telesales environments
2 years travel sales experience preferable but not essential
Exceptional communication and influencing skills
Analytical acumen for tracking key performance metrics
A strong results-oriented mindset, proven in personal performance achievements
Dedication to delivering consistently excellent customer service
Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Patience to understand customers' needs and prioritise quality over quantity
Supportive attitude towards colleagues and team goals
Commitment to company-wide development and success
Proficiency in written communication and computer skills
