Fantastic new opportunity for an experienced sales executive to work as a New Homes Sales Executive on a sites in East Yorkshire. This is a full time, permanent position working Thursday - Monday.

The Role

Working for a five star builder, the post holder will:

Provide outstanding customer service, managing all customer enquiries

Achieve sales in line with targets

Promote panel of independent mortgage advisers and solicitors to ensure an efficient customer service and achievement of company timescales

Complete all administrative tasks in line with policy and timescales

Undertake market research within the new and secondhand housing market

Maintain excellent working relationships with site staff

The successful candidate will deliver an exceptional customer experience to customers in the purchase of their home. They will also be driven to deliver and smash sales targets.

Experience Required

Sales within the housing sector is required

Good IT skills

Remuneration

£27,500 per annum + commission.
