Are you an experienced Sales professional looking to move industry? Or would you like to work for an Insurance company that offers real incentives and rewards for hard work? If so, read on!

This role offers uncapped commission and a real opportunity to progress within an Insurance organisation. Excellent training is provided to ensure you reach your goals!

You will be working on warm sales leads and you will be selling market-leading insurance B2B. You will be expected to also retain repeat business through providing an excellent service.

You will need:-

  • A solid sales background in a target driven environment
  • A good work ethic and the desire to achieve your targets
  • Insurance experience is not essential, however it would be welcomed!

Commission Structure:

8% commission on all new business

Additional bonus:

If you hit target 2 months in a row you earn an extra £100, 3 months £200 and 4 months £750 and you will be paid £750 a month for every month where you hit target thereafter.

Extra Incentives:

· The person with the most business sold in a month earns a £250 bonus

· The person with the most business sold in a quarter earns a £500 bonus

· The salesperson of the year wins:-

2 first class tickets to any destination in the world,

2nd place £2000

3rd place £1,000.

9.30am -5pm

Monday - Friday

20 days holiday plus an extended Christmas shutdown
