Key responsibilities:
Responding to daily leads from new enquiries via telephone and email on the internal CRM systems
Generating bespoke proposals and following through negotiations to close.
Guiding customers through the process from initial contact, to finalising designs with regular communication throughout the timeline to handover
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline on the CRM Systems
Meet individual sales targets and maximise upsell through addition opportunities
Experience:
Minimum 2 years sales experience ideally in a vehicle sales environment (desired)
Professional, Personable and Presentable
Customer focused attitude
Passion for sales and a hunger to close a deal
Impeccable attention to detail
An ability to multi-task whilst maintaining high levels of customer service and communication skills
