The Recruitment Co are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to work for an established, growing business in the Blackpool area.


Sales Executive salary: £22,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)

Sales Executive hours: Within cor office hours of 8.30am - 6pm Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Sales Executive Roles and responsibilities:

  • Managing an established base of customers, which usually consists of anywhere between 50-100 customers
  • Maintain strong relationships with your customers
  • Upselling to existing customers in order to grow their accounts
  • Selling a variety of products and solutions
  • Answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, answering enquiries, placing orders for customers, responding to emails, sending out quotes and setting prices


Sales Executive Skills Required:

  • Strong verbal & written communication
  • Resilience
  • Excellent relationship building and strong customer service skills
  • Natural sales abilities
  • Have a technical aptitude/mindset to pick up the volume of product training and technical information
  • Motivated and driven
