Our client is currently seeking a Telesales Executive to join their thriving team on a permanent basis.

  • The Role: Telesales Executive
  • The Location: South Kent
  • Salary: £30,000
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Duties:

  • To sell products, service contracts and generate leads for the Region Sales Managers to new and existing customers to meet monthly targets.
  • Grow the customer database by cold calling prospective customers to sell products.
  • Update CRM system with new prospective customers to assist the marketing team.
  • Follow up on leads from trade shows and marketing opportunities.
  • Research geographical areas to increase coverage for both service operations and sales.

The successful candidate will be:

  • Confident in identifying new business to establish their needs
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is desirable
  • Organised
  • Attention to detail
  • A team player
  • Someone with effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Great customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
