Sales Executive

With over 2,000 schools, 900 academies, and 180 multi-academy trusts in more than 130 local authorities, my client are proud to be a leading and largest provider of consultancy support services and technology led solutions to schools within the education sector in the UK. Enabling clients to reduce their administrative costs, remain compliant with statutory responsibilities, and stay fully focused on improving the learning outcomes of their pupils.

As a Sales Executive you will work closely with the Sales Manager, Sales Team, Marketing Team, and Service Leads to drive increased sales and revenue across our entire portfolio through new business acquisition in particular with Multi Academy Trusts.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving monthly KPIs for prospects contacted, pipeline generated, and sales closed.
  • Managing internal sales processes, including order processing, contract management, and quote generation.
  • Generating and tracking sales leads, and producing reports as needed using CRM database procedures.
  • Acting as an ambassador for the company at all times.
  • Maintaining a clear and accurate understanding of the educational market and government educational policy to maximize business and growth opportunities.

What we are looking for:

  • The ideal applicant should have experience of working within the education sector in a similar role or developing sales opportunities through proactive territory management activity.
  • If you have experience of payroll and HR systems that would be desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience of using a CRM system and reporting on pipeline development.
  • You are ambitious and proactive looking at new ways of working and willing to own your own professional development.
  • You will be agile in your approach and be comfortable working at home, in an office

  • 28 days Holiday + BH
  • + 1 days holiday for every year worked up to 5 years (33 total)

  • Hybrid working (Approximately 3 days in the office)

Basic Salary: £25k-£30k DOE + commission

Hours: Full time
